Looks can very definitely be deceiving. Especially when it comes to the Lakeshore’s Pomade and Tonic.

From the outside you see what appears to be a traditional barbershop. But stepping inside the doors on Sunday night you would have been lucky enough to happen upon one of a party like no other.

The social side of the Pomade and Tonic Barbershop and Social Club really came out on with guests able to mix and mingle and enjoy.

Tapping into the vintage aesthetic that Pomade and Tonic has become famous for, guests were encouraged to dress for the occasion. And many of the guests came dressed to impress with a few tipping their hats to the rockabilly theme of the barbershop, some 1950s greasers crossing the door as well as a few 1960s mods making an appearance.

The venue came alive during our very own DJ Keith Wilson’s set, with guests hitting the black and white checkered dance floor as Keith played tunes that reflected the vintage vibe and mixed it up with some contemporary tunes.

And when they weren’t mixing and mingling on the dance floor or shooting pool at this, uniquely quirky venue, guests made their way to our cool photo booth.

The photo booth brought an extra fun factor to the event, with everyone playing up to the camera and making use of our prop box to make their images stand out even more.

White Knight Entertainment were absolutely delighted to be part of helping bring out Pomade and Tonic’s social side and cannot wait to head back for the next event.
